DT*: THE CONTACT STATED THAT ON THE FRONT AXLE THERE IS NO CENTER BOLT, ALLOWING THE FRONT AXLE AND SPRING TO SLIP FORWARD AND BACKWARD. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A SERVICE DEALER, WHERE THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED, BUT WAS UNWILLING TO ASSIST WITH THE PROBLEM. SECONDLY, THERE IS A SHIFTING OF THE DOOR BETWEEN THE BATHROOM AND THE KITCHEN, PREVENTING CLOSURE OF THE DOOR. THIS IS ACCOMPANIED BY A THUMPING NOISE IN THE FLOOR. THE DEALER NEVER DISCLOSED THAT THE VEHICLE THEY PURCHASED WAS A BUY BACK THROUGH THE LEMON LAW, THE VEHICLE WAS NEVER REPAIRED PRIOR TO THE CONSUMERS PURCHASING IT, THE VEHICLE WOULD STALL WIHOUT WARNING, THE CONSUMER REQUESTED THAT THE DEALER EXTEND THE WARRANTY BUT THEY REFUSED. NLM

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1999 HOLIDAY RAMBLER ENDEAVOR. WHILE DRIVING AT 60 MPH, THE CONTACT APPLIED HIS FOOT TO THE BRAKE PEDAL AND THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO JERK FROM THE RIGHT TO THE LEFT. THE FAILURE MADE IT DIFFICULT TO CONTROL THE STEERING. THE CONTACT NOTICED THE FAILURE EVERY TIME HE APPLIED HIS FOOT TO THE BRAKE FIRMLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALERSHIP THREE TIMES.
