The contact owns a 2015 Haul Master Utility 3000 Trailer. The contact stated that while hauling the trailer with an unstated vehicle, the brake pedal was depressed, while the trailer was empty, and the suspension was jumping and bouncing. The wheels and axle were grabbing, seizing, and unlocking the brakes. The vehicle lunged forward. There were no warning lights illuminated.
