TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 HARNEY COACH RENEGADE RV. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE EXPERIENCED BRAKE FAILURE TWELVE TIMES AND HAD NUMEROUS REPAIRS MADE TO THE VEHICLE SINCE IT WAS PURCHASED. ON ONE OCCASION, WHILE DRIVING AT RELATIVELY LOW UNKNOWN SPEEDS, THE CONTACT APPLIED THE BRAKES AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT AND THEY FAILED TO ENGAGE CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO PROCEED THROUGH A BUSY INTERSECTION. HE SHIFTED INTO NEUTRAL GEAR AND UTILIZED THE JAKE BRAKE TO STOP THE VEHICLE. THE DEALER REPLACED THE GEAR OIL, WIRE TIE, HUBCAPS, BRAKE PADS, AXLE SEALS, ABS SE…
