AS I WAS ON THE FREEWAY AND WE WERE SLOWING DOWN DUE TO TRAFFIC, GOING ABOUT 25/30 MPH, I APPLIED BOTH FRONT AND BACK BREAK. MY FRONT BREAK LOCKED UP AND BOTH ME AND THE BIKE WENT DOWN. I AM AN EXPERIENCED RIDER AND THE PERSON WHO WAS RIDING NEXT TO ME HEARD THEM LOCK UP WAS SHOCKED. THERE IS AN ABS SYSTEM ON THIS BIKE AND THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN EVER.

On August 16 around 7:00 pm I was riding my motorcycle on Emmett road. I went down one of the slops and there was a corner coming up so I tried to break with my front brake and it had no pressure, I contentiously squeezed the front brake but it wasn't gaining enough pressure to activate the brakes. I then tried to use my rear brake and it had pressure but it didn't work correctly and failed as well. The contact owns a 2020 Harley Davidson 883 Ironhorse. The contact stated that there was an abnormal knocking sound coming from the motorcycle. The contact stated while riding the motorcycle, the transmission slipped out of gear. The contact called the local dealer. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 2,000.

I was riding my motorcycle on 2-11-23 heading home on the I75 highway and suddenly the engine stop working. With the bike losing speed I moved towards the shoulder pointing with my hands, the motorcycle stops and never started again. According a preliminary revision the Motor Oil bypassed into the primary due to a defective or failing seal, running out of oil and seizing the engine.

VEHICLE RAN GREAT NO DRIVE ABILITY ISSUES. I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF INSTALLING THE HARLEY-DAVIDSON FUEL LEVEL SENSOR TO THE FUEL PUMP ASSEMBLY. WHICH IS A HARLEY-DAVIDSON PART TO GO WITH THE HARLEY-DAVIDSON TACHOMETER. WHEN I REMOVED THE FUEL PUMP I FOUND THAT THE GROUND WIRE FROM THE FUEL PUMP CONNECTOR WAS MELTED FROM AN OVERLOADED ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT INSIDE THE GAS TANK. KNOWING THAT THIS CONDITION COULD CAUSE A FIRE OR AN EXPLOSION IN THE RIGHT CONDITIONS. I IMMEDIATELY NOTIFIED THE HARLEY-DAVIDSON DEALERSHIP I JUST BOUGHT THE HARLEY-DAVIDSO…
