TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 HARLEY-DAVIDSON XL1200V. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE THE MOTORCYCLE WAS AT THE DEALER FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE TRANSMISSION FLUID WAS CONTAMINATED WITH WATER. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE MOTORCYCLE WAS NO LONGER UNDER WARRANTY. THE MOTORCYCLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 906.
