TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 HARLEY DAVIDSON VRSCR. WHEN THE CONTACT DEPRESSED THE BRAKE PEDAL, THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO VIBRATE AND SHUDDER. THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE CAUSE OF FAILURE ON TWO OCCASIONS. HOWEVER, ON THE THIRD OCCASION, THE DEALER STATED THAT THE ROTORS WERE WARPED. AS OF JULY 3, 2007, THE DEALER HAS NOT REPAIRED THE VEHICLE BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED PERMISSION FROM THE MANUFACTURER. THE CURRENT MILEAGE IS 17,100 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 3.

I OWN A 2006 HARLEY DAVIDSON VRSCR STREET ROD. FROM THE TIME I PURCHASED THE BIKE, THE FRONT WAS SLIGHTLY WOBBLY. AS I RODE THIS BIKE MORE, THE WOBBLE GOT WORSE, AND WAS MUCH MORE WHEN BRAKING. FINALLY, AFTER A TRIP TO CHARLESTON FROM ATLANTA, AS WE GOT OFF THE EXPRESSWAY, THE WOBBLING WAS SOO BAD, I HAD A HARD TIME CONTROLLING THE BIKE. I TOOK IT IN TO THE DEALER, AND THEY COULDN'T FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM, BUT THEY SAID IT WAS PROBABLY THE ROTOR, BUT THEY DIDN'T HAVE ONE IN STOCK. AFTER WORK I STARTED THE ENGINE AND ALLOWED IT TO WARM UP WHILE I PUT ON MY PROTECTIVE RIDING GEAR (JACKET, HELMET, AND GLOVES). THE ENGINE WAS RUNNING NORMALLY AS I RODE TO THE END OF THE PARKING LOT SLOWLY AND STOPPED AT THE END OF THE LANE. I BEGAN TO TURN TO THE RIGHT, RELEASING THE CLUTCH AND ROLLING ON THE THROTTLE WHILE LEANING WHEN THE ENGINE SUDDENLY LOST ALL POWER RESULTING IN A CRASH.
