TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 HARLEY DAVIDSON FLFBS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MOTORCYCLE WAS TAKEN TO STEEL HORSE HARLEY-DAVIDSON (11501 HULL STREET RD, MIDLOTHIAN, VA 23112), FOR TIRE REPLACEMENT. WHILE INSPECTING THE MOTORCYCLE, THE TECHNICIAN NOTICED WHEN THE FRONT WHEEL WAS REMOVED, THE ANTI LOCK BRAKE MECHANISM WAS FRACTURED. ADDITIONALLY, THERE WAS NO LUBRICANT IN THE AXLE. The front floating brake rotor became loose after a few hundred miles. At the 500 mile mark, the bike was taken to the dealership for the first service. I asked them to repair the rotor. When I picked up the bike nothing was said until I asked. They said the brake rotor was supposed to be loose. The rear rotor is also the floating type, but it was firm as it should be. I was told to take a hike. I then called HD corporate. Initially, the rep was concerned and placed me on hold. When he returned, I was given the same story. The front rotor was s…
