The contact owns a 1998 Harley Davidson ASVE equipped with KracoMoto handlebar risers part number: SR005-001BV64. The contact stated that while driving at 20 mph, he noticed that the steering had failed when he attempted to make two right turns and was unaware as to when the right side handlebar had detached. The contact then crashed into a guardrail. The contact sustained injuries but no medical attention was received on the scene. The contact was later treated for injuries by a physician.
