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…

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 GENERAL MOTOR COMPANY W4500. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING WHEN THE VEHICLE STALLED, AND THE CONTACT NOTICED THERE WAS DIESEL FUEL LEAKING. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A PRIVATE MECHANIC AND WHO CONFIRMED THAT THE FUEL PUMP FAILED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND CONFIRMED THE VIN DID NOT QUALIFY FOR NHTSA RECALL CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER :08V251000(FUEL SYSTEM, DIESEL). THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 155,000.
