DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE PULLING INTO A PARKING LOT GOING 5 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL WOULD NOT TURN TO THE LEFT OR TO THE RIGHT. THEN THE STEERING WHEEL BECAME VERY LOOSE. THE CONTACT EXITED THE VEHICLE AND THE BOLT THAT GOES BETWEEN THE POWER STEERING SHAFT AND THE DRIVER SHAFT WAS NOT ENGAGED CORRECTLY. THE BOLT WAS IN THE POWER STEERING END OF THE SHAFT, HOWEVER THE BOLT WAS NOT IN ALL FOUR HOLES. THE TWO SHAFTS CAME APART WHILE PULLING INTO THE PARKING LOT.
