TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 GMC 7500 TRUCK. THE CONTACT STATES THAT WHEN FILLING THE FUEL TANK THERE WAS LEAKAGE OF FUEL ON THE GROUND. THE FUEL TANK EXHIBITED SEVERE RUST OVER A PERIOD OF TIME. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER FOR INSPECTION. THE TECHNICIAN STATED THE FAILURE WAS CONTRIBUTED TO THE FUEL TANK. THERE WAS A REPLACEMENT OF THE FUEL TANKS ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40,000 . THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 120,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
