Owner report 11755164 · 2026-08-06 (August 6, 2026)

UNKNOWN On 1/16/26, I was parked in an underground parking spot. When I moved the gear shift into reverse and lifted my foot from the pedal, the car surged more than expected and the left mirror hit the cement pillar. The dealership advised me to open a claim with a manufacturer so they could review the other ongoing issues as well as the acceleration that caused the accident. A 3rd party engineer reviewed the "black box" and said there was no acceleration issues and the manufacturer is not liable. However, issues have continued until present. …

Owner report 11656777 · 2025-04-25 (April 25, 2025)

The 12 volt battery on the EV car has gone dead twice since I took delivery on the new car in January 2025. Owner report 11723510 · 2026-03-11 (March 11, 2026)

My wife and I have both experienced intermittent power loss on the vehicle , specifically after stopping and restarting, such as at traffic signals. During these incidents, the car moves extremely slowly even with the accelerator fully pressed, before eventually resuming normal acceleration. This has happened 3–4 times between us, and on one occasion, the car nearly stalled in the middle of an intersection, which was genuinely frightening. I brought the vehicle to Genesis of Charlotte in mid-January 2026 for diagnosis. After multiple checks, t…
