Owner report 11613355 · 2024-09-08 (September 8, 2024)
Parking Brake and Auxiliary Board are have been recalled since 2011 and 2013, respectively. Neither the manufacturer, Waev, nor my referred dealer, Energy Products (Warren, Michigan), are responding adequately to multiple requests to resolve these recalls since April 2024. These are safety recalls that need to be enforced. I need for the NHTSA to investigate both the manufacturer and dealer for their wrongdoings in this matter.
