WHILE DRIVING THE TRACTOR/TRAILER DOWN THE INTERSTATE AN AMBER WARNING LIGHT CAME ON THE DASH. WITHIN A MATTER OF SECONDS THE ENTIRE TRUCK COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN WHILE AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS. THE DRIVER LOST ALL POWER STEERING, AND CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. HE WAS ABLE TO PULL OFF THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WITHOUT INJURY. THE VEHICLE WENT TO THE LOCAL FREIGHTLINER DEALER AND IT WAS DETERMINED THAT A FUSE HAD FAILED ON THE TRUCK BRINGING DOWN THE VEHICLES MCM.

THE DRIVER LOST ALL POWER STEERING, AND CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. HE WAS ABLE TO PULL OFF THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WITHOUT INJURY. THE VEHICLE WENT TO THE LOCAL FREIGHTLINER DEALER AND IT WAS DETERMINED THAT A FUSE HAD A HAIRLINE CRACK WHICH BROUGHT DOWN THE VEHICLE'S MCM.
