I am filing a complaint against Ford Motor Company regarding a known defect in my 2021 Ford F-600 truck that resulted in a catastrophic fuel system failure. The truck has only 110,000 miles and has been maintained appropriately. It is registered in the State of Illinois and is used for my woman-owned small business. A few weeks ago, the vehicle began running roughly.
