BRAKES ON THE TRAILER THAT I PULL DID NOT WORK PROPERLY. THE BRAKES ON TOWED VEHICLE DID NOT WORK PROPERLY. IT WAS A SHORT IN THE WIRING THAT FORD INSTALLED IN THE VEHICLE WHEN BUILT WHICH INCREASED STOPPING DISTANCE VERY MUCH. THE SHORT WAS FIXED FOR A COST OF $582.62 AT GAUDIN FORD. I FEEL THAT THIS SHOULD BE COVERED BY FORD. I THINK THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE.
