The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. The contact owns a 2023 Ford F53. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V510000 (Electrical System) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, the contact noticed that the instrument panel had become inoperable. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed and determined that the smart data link connectors (SDLC) module had failed and needed to be replaced.
