Battery failed on the drivers side. The 12 volt outlets quit working except after driving down the road for a while. They all the sudden started working. Went to Auto Zone the battery tested bad. When replacing the batteries the one on the driver side that failed had less weight then the one on the passanger side even tho they were the same battery make and model

Owner report 11601765 · 2024-07-13 (July 13, 2024)

It is hard to explain to people and some people might not fully understand what they are even feeling if they are not in tune to how the steering system works normally vs with some type of assist. I don't use the lane keeping assist (button on steering wheel) because it is not comfortable for me where the truck wants to be in relation to the lane. But even with lane keep assist off i could feel different amounts of "intervention" occurring. First i described it as the input force required to turn the steering wheel either direction was differen…

Owner report 11602263 · 2024-07-15 (July 15, 2024)

Within the first 200 miles of ownership i noticed the truck pulls right and is difficult to steer left with the lane assist control switched off. The dealership i bought it from has replaced the electric motor which controls the lane assist and has performed 2 alignments. The dealership stated Ford instructed them to change the steering motor, the condition still exists. The dealership then stated other trucks on their lot act the same way and according to Ford if more then 2 trucks act this way it is a condition of the truck's design. I have r…

Owner report 11633086 · 2024-12-30 (December 30, 2024)

When connected to a trailer the instrument panel goes blank. I am unable to se any important information about the truck such as but not limited to coolant temp, oil temp, transmission temp, boost pressure, etc. having driven trucks that pull hard this information is critical. I have researched this issue on the internet and found that I am not the only person having this issue. Ford is aware that they have a problem and indicated that they have resolved it on the 2025 models, but not on the 2024 models. I feel that this is a safety issue a…

The contact owns a 2024 Ford F-350. The contact stated that upon moving the gear shifter into drive, the vehicle failed to immediately shift into drive with a delayed response to the driver's input. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who was unable to duplicate the failure. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure reoccurred. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer, and again the dealer was unable to duplicate the failure. The contact was informed that the vehicle was test-driven for 5 miles but never exp…

Owner report 11679663 · 2025-08-10 (August 10, 2025)

I purchased this 2024 f350 from Auto Park Ford in Laporte, IN on [XXX] with 94 miles on the truck. It was shipped directly to me and arrived July 21st 2025. Upon taking delivery there were many safety faults present once I drove the vehicle that included loss of power, the vehicle randomly braking by itself, adaptive cruise control faults, cross traffic faults, blind spot warning faults, forward collision faults, rear cross traffic faults, rusty engine components as well as other rusty components on the vehicle. These safety defects in manufact…

Owner report 11721874 · 2026-03-03 (March 3, 2026)

The 10 speed transmission is this truck shifts horribly. It will stall in intersections as it works its way thru 3 or 4 gears shifting away while refusing to move faster than a crawl. It has occasionally jerked harshly into 2nd gear at ONE(1) mile per hour. When you are coasting towards a traffic light it will jerk violently downshifting from 4th to 3rd. That downshift feels like the rear brakes are dragging. All of these behaviors occur at any point in city driving, making it risky to make a left turn in traffic and making passengers un…
