TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 FORD E-250. THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE IGNITED IN FLAMES WHILE PARKED. AFTER THE FIRE WAS EXTINGUISHED THE CONTACT CALLED THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND THEN CALLED FORD. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A SHOP, WHERE IT HAS REMAINED FOR EIGHT DAYS. THE CAUSE OF FAILURE HAS NOT BEEN DIAGNOSED. HOWEVER, THE CONTACT SUSPECTED AN ELECTRICAL FAILURE. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 20,000. *AK
