AS THE DRIVER APPROACHED AN INTERSECTION THE BRAKE PEDAL LOCKED UP AND THE VEHICLE COULD NOT SLOW TO STOP CAUSING AN ACCIDENT AS THE VEHICLE PROCEEDED THROUGH THE INTERSECTION ON A RED LIGHT. THE SAME ISSUE HAPPENED APPROXIMATELY TWO MONTHS BEFORE AND WAS SUPPOSEDLY REPAIRED BY THE DEALER. HOWEVER THE SAME PROBLEM HAPPENED AGAIN. (THIS COMPLAINT IS SIMILAR TO COMPLAINT NUMBER 10918568 AND THAT COMPLAINT IMPROPERLY NOTED THAT THERE WAS NO POLICE REPORT - THE REPORT IS ATTACHED WITH THIS COMPLAINT. 12/1/2010 EXPLANATION OF TWO LIFE THREATENING SITUATIONS SITUATION ONE: ON MAY 4, 2010, I THE CONSUMER, WAS DRIVING FROM JOHNS CREEK, GEORGIA TO CHATTANOOGA, TENN. THE TRIP WAS ON GEORGIA HWY 400 SOUTH FROM OLD MILTON PKWY TO I-285 WEST AND NORTH ON I-75. THE TIME WAS BETWEEN 3:30 PM AND 5:30PM. THE VAN WAS DIFFICULT TO CONTROL AND WAS MOVING FROM THE LEFT TO THE RIGHT SIDES OF THE TRAFFIC LANE. THE TRAFFIC WAS CONSIDERED NORMAL FOR I-75 WITH 18 WHEEL TRUCK AND PASSENGER CAR TRAFFIC.
