CONTROLS ON THE SMART STEERING WHEEL FAIL TO WORK. INITIALLY ONLY NOTICED A PROBLEM WITH THE CRUISE CONTROL WHICH WAS AN ANNOYANCE. RECENTLY LEARNED THE FAILURE IMPACTS ALL FUNCTIONS ON THE SMART WHEEL INCLUDING WINDSHIELD WIPERS AND HORNS. MOST RECENT INCIDENT OCCURRED WHILE DRIVING IN RAIN AND LIGHT SNOW FOR MORE THAN 100 MILES WITH NO WORKING WINDSHIELD WIPERS CAUSING A SIGNIFICANT SAFETY HAZARD. *TR
