THE TWO-PIECE SELF-LOCKING FLANGE WHEEL NUTS CAN LOOSEN CAUSING STUD BREAKAGE.
Consequence: THIS CONDITION CAN CAUSE THE WHEEL TO SEPARATE FROM VEHICLE RESULTING IN LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL AND AN ACCIDENT.
Remedy: DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE WHEEL NUTS ON THE AFFECTED VEHICLES.
