Reported: 2025-11-05 (November 5, 2025) · Model years: 2024, 2025, 2026

Endera Motors (Endera) is recalling certain 2024-2026 Shuttle transit buses equipped with wheel chair restraint retractors. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.

Consequence: An unlocked wheelchair can move during transit or during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the retractors as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 21, 2025. Owners may contact Endera customer service at 419-523-3593.

Endera Motors (Endera) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Shuttle transit buses. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.

Consequence: An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.
