CENTER HIGH MOUNTED STOP LAMP MAY BE OBSTRUCTED OR ABSENT.

Consequence: THE OBSTRUCTION OR LACK OF A CENTER HIGH MOUNTED STOP LAMP WOULD INCREASE THE HAZARD OF A REAR END COLLISION AND THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT COMPLY WITH FMVSS 108.

Remedy: REMOVE OBSTRUCTING WINDOW TINTING OR INSTALL HIGH CENTER STOP LAMP WHEN MISSING.
