Ember Recreational Vehicles, INC (Ember) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Overland Series, Touring Edition, and E-Series travel trailers. The certification labels list an incorrect cargo carrying capacity, which can allow the trailer to become overloaded. As such, these trailers fail to comply with 49 CFR Part 567, "Certification."
Consequence: An overloaded trailer increases the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Ember will mail labels to owners, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 19, 2024. Owners may contact Ember customer service at 1-844-732-4204.

Ember Recreational Vehicles, INC. (Ember) is recalling certain 2026-2027 Touring Edition recreational trailers, equipped with certain Curt Touring Coil Suspensions. The shock bolts may have been incorrectly tightened.
Consequence: Broken shock retainer bolt heads and washers may detach and become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the shock bolts, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 2, 2026. Owners may contact Ember customer service at 1-844-732-4204.

Ember Recreational Vehicles, INC. (Ember) is recalling certain 2027 Overland Series, E-Series, and Touring Series travel trailers. The Federal Certification Label may have the incorrect Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) listed. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 567, "Certification."
Consequence: An incorrect VIN on the label can make it difficult for owners to recognize that their vehicle is involved in a safety recall, increasing the risk of crash or injury.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the labels, free of charge. Additionally, Ember will mail replacement labels to owners. Owner notification letters were mailed August 5, 2026. Owners may contact Ember customer service at 1-844-732-4204.
