WHEN I COME TO A STOP, MY ENGINE OFTEN SHUTS ITSELF OFF. SOMETIMES WHEN I COME TO A STOP, MY ENGINE REVS ITSELF UP TO ANYWHERE BETWEEN 3,000 AND 4,000 RPM EVEN THOUGH I'M NOT TOUCHING THE THROTTLE. OTHER TIMES, MY ENGINE SHUTS ITSELF OFF WHEN I'M STILL IN MOTION AND I PULL THE CLUTCH LEVER IN. OTHER TIMES, I TAKE MY HAND OFF OF THE THROTTLE WHILE I'M IN MOTION, BUT THE ENGINE DOESN'T THROTTLE ITSELF DOWN. ALSO, MY ENGINE BRAKING WORKS INTERMITTENTLY.
