Reported: 2024-03-25 (March 25, 2024) · Model years: 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023

Doosan Portable Power (Doosan) is recalling certain 2015-2023 Portable Generator Trailers. The electric brake harness was connected to the battery disconnect switch instead of the positive distribution lug of the battery, deenergizing the brakes when the battery disconnect switch is in the off position.

Consequence: Deenergized brakes will not engage, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Owners will be instructed to immediately stop towing the affected trailers until repairs have been made. Dealers will correct the wiring, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 3, 2024. Owners may contact Doosan customer service at 1-800-633-5206. Doosan's number for this recall is 12-23-8. This recall is an expansion of Doosan recall 23V-859.

21V826000 · Wheels:Lugs/Nuts/Bolts/Studs | Wheels

Reported: 2021-10-20 (October 20, 2021) · Model years: 2019, 2020, 2021

Doosan Portable Power (Doosan) is recalling certain 2019-2021 Doosan Portable Power Air Compressors and Mobile Generators. The wheel lug nuts may be improperly tightened.

Consequence: Improperly tightened lug nuts can cause a loss of trailer stability, or the tire could fall off, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Owners are advised to not tow their trailer until the remedy has been performed. Dealers will tighten the lug nuts, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 4, 2021. Owners may contact Doosan customer service at 1-800-633-5206, Option #3.

Doosan North America, Inc. (Doosan) is recalling certain 2024 Bobcat PG25 portable generator trailers. The wheel lug nuts may be improperly tightened.

Consequence: Improperly tightened lug nuts may allow the wheels to detach, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Owners are advised not to tow their trailers until the remedy has been completed. Dealers will tighten the wheel lug nuts, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 29, 2024. Owners may contact Doosan customer service at 1-800-633-5206.
