TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1992 DODGE RAM 250B. THE CONTACT STATED THE STEERING WHEEL HAD TOO MUCH PLAY IN IT. THE STEERING BOX AND DRAG LINK WAS REPLACED BY THE CONTACT AND THE FAILURE CONTINUED TO OCCUR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AN ALIGNMENT WOULD NOT REPAIR THE VEHICLE. WHILE DRIVING 20 MPH FUEL TANKS STRAPS SNAPPED. THIS CAUSED THE TANK TO DROP AND FUEL TO LEAK. CONSUMER CONTINUED TO DRIVE. DEALERSHIP WAS NOTIFIED, BUT DID NOT RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. *AK...
