TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1992 DODGE RAM 250B. THE CONTACT STATED THE STEERING WHEEL HAD TOO MUCH PLAY IN IT. THE STEERING BOX AND DRAG LINK WAS REPLACED BY THE CONTACT AND THE FAILURE CONTINUED TO OCCUR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AN ALIGNMENT WOULD NOT REPAIR THE VEHICLE. THE DEALER NOR MANUFACTURER WERE NOTIFIED. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 75,568.
