VEHICLE DEVELOPED A FUEL LEAK AT THE SWIVEL FUEL RAIL LOCATED AT THE FRONT AND REAR OF THE ENGINE. THE LEAK IS DEVELOPING WHERE THE FRONT AND BACK FUEL RAILS CONNECT. DRIVER IS ABLE TO SMELL FUEL THROUGH THE VENTS OF THE VEHICLE. WHEN DRIVING, THE VEHICLE HESITATES WHEN ACCELERATING. *AK THE CONSUMER EXPERIENCED THE SAME FAILURE ON HIS 1990 AND 1992 DODGE CARAVANS. THE LEAKS OCCURRED IN THE SAME LOCATION ON THE FUEL RAIL. *NM
