BRAKE AWAY PIN REMOVED AND VEHICLE BRAKE DOES NOT ENGAGE THE MAGNETS TO HOLD ON THE DRUMS. DROVE 1300 MILES WITH A WMD ON THE ROAD AND PUT MY SELVES AND OTHERS IN DANGER! *TR

The contact owns a 2018 Diamond C Trailer. The contact stated while the trailer was parked, the trailer breakaway safety pin was pulled out and fractured however, the brake failed to respond and prevent the vehicle from moving. The contact stated as the brakes failed to respond, he checked the breakaway battery and noticed corrosion on the battery. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was not available.
