Owner report 10463330 ยท 2012-06-27 (June 27, 2012)

THE FUEL TANK WAS CONSTRUCTED OF MATERIAL THAT FAILED WHEN EXPOSED TO REGULAR PUMP GAS. THE FAILURE WAS A GRADUAL TANK MATERIAL PERMEATION BY THE FUEL THAT EVENTUALLY ALLOWED THE FUEL TO SEEP OUT OF THE TANK AND ONTO HOT EXHAUST SYSTEMS, SPARKING IGNITION SYSTEMS, AND THE RIDER. WHILE I WAS NOT INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT THE VEHICLE IS INHERENTLY DANGEROUS WITH THIS TYPE OF FUEL TANK.
