I am concerned that a possible safety issue, such as brake failure, with the brake system has gone unrepaired for the past two months. Issues: 1. There is an obvious safety problem with the brakes. 2. The dealer, Chrysler/FCA/Stellantis are not able to repair this problem. The vehicle is available for inspection anytime. We purchased this vehicle brand new on March 31, 2022. The brakes shudder every time upon application especially when going down hill or during a deceleration from high speed. It becomes worse as the brakes heat up. This …

The contact owned a 2022 Chrysler 300S. The contact stated that while driving at 40 MPH, she hit another vehicle that attempted to merge into another lane of traffic. The air bags did not deploy upon impact; as a result, the contact hit her face on the steering wheel. The contact was taken to the hospital where she was treated for the pain in her back, face, and both shoulders. A police report was filed.
