TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 CF MOTOR POWER SPORTS V3250 MOTORCYCLE. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO START THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING WHERE THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN DRIVING AT SPEEDS GREATER THAN 40 MPH, THE BRAKES WOULD ENGAGE INDEPENDENTLY. THE TECHNICIANS ADVISED THE CONTACT THAT THE REAR BRAKE CYLINDER WOULD HAVE TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 2,900.
