DEALER MADE THE REPAIRS, BUT THE VEHICLE STILL SLIPPED WHEN THE BRAKES WERE APPLIED FORCEFULLY.*AK CONSUMER HAD THE MODULE KIT REPLACED ALONG WITH A NEW VAC SWITCH, WIRING HARNESS, AND TRANSFER SWITCH. AT A BACKED UP STOP LIGHT THE VEHICLE WAS IN NEUTRAL WITH THE BRAKE ON. IT WAS HIT AT APPROX 35-40 MPH WHICH CAUSED IT TO RUN INTO A FORD MUSTANG. IN THAT PROCESS THE SEATS HAD BROKEN LETTING THE PASSENGERS LAY ALL THE WAY BACK IN THE EXTENDED CAB. SEAT BELTS WERE BEING USED. THERE WERE NO WAYS OF CORRECTING THE PROBLEM BUT GET NEW SEATS. CENTRAL MULTIPORT FUEL INJECTOR ASSEMBLY FAILED, CAUSING FUEL TO ENTER THE OIL PAN AND DAMAGE THE MOTOR. FUEL WAS SPRAYING UNDER THE PHLENEM AND COULD HAVE CAUSED A FIRE. SAME UNIT HAS FAILED JUST OVER 15 MONTHS LATER, AGAIN SPRAYING GAS UNDER THE PHLENEM, THANKFULLY AGAIN NO FIRE,JUST SPRAYING OF GAS. *NLM
