TRANSMISSION STARTED SLIPPING BETWEEN 3RD AND OVER DRIVE. EVENTUALLY STARTED SLIPPING IN ALL FORWARD GEARS. HAD TRANSMISSION REPLACED AND IT STARTED SLIPPING BETWEEN 3RD AND OD AROUND 192,000 MI. PASSENGER SEAT WILL NOT "SIT UPRIGHT"
