TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHEVROLET COLORADO. WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE AND MAKING TURNS, THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED WITHOUT WARNING. THE FAILURE RECURRED MULTIPLE TIMES. THE CONTACT HAD TO POWER OFF THE ENGINE MULTIPLE TIMES TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO ROBERTS ROBINSON CHEVROLET BUICK GMC (LOCATED AT 1501 KEARNEY RD, EXCELSIOR SPRING, MO 64024, [phone removed]) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE STEERING WHEEL NEEDED TO BE REPLACED.
