THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS FAILED INTERMITTENTLY AND IMPAIRED THE DRIVER'S VISION. A RECALL HAD BEEN ISSUED, HOWEVER, THIS VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL DUE TO VINE. *AK THE BOLTS HAD COME LOOSE IN THE TILT OF THE STEERING COLUMN. *SCC *JB
