THE VEHICLE STALLS WHILE DRIVING AND VEERS TO THE RIGHT WHEN STALLING AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS. TT THE BRAKE AND THE STEERING WHEEL LOCKED UP AND THE VEHICLE WENT OUT OF CONTROL.
