TUESDAY, DECEMBER 20. BUS 8014 (2010 INTERNATIONAL 3200 BUS) WAS PLACED INTO BUS SERVICE. APPROX. 10:47 AM DRIVER CALLED BUS SHOP TO REPORT THAT THE REAR BRAKES WERE SMOKING. WHEN TECH ARRIVED APPROX 45 MINUTES LATER THE REAR BRAKES WERE AT 140 DEGREES (RIGHT REAR) AND 220 DEGREES ON LEFT REAR. THE BUS WAS TAKEN BACK TO HICKORY INTERNATIONAL. ALL OF THE BUSSES LISTED HAVE HAD A HISTORY OF THE REAR BRAKES SMOKING (SEEMS TO ONLY OCCUR WITH A FULL LOAD OF PASSENGERS) AND THE PASSENGER COMPARTMENT FILLING WITH SMOKE TO THE POINT WHERE THEY EVAC…
