The contact owns a 2025 MD Cart LSV. The contact stated that while driving 25 MPH, the brake pedal was depressed, but the vehicle failed to respond. The contact was able to coast the vehicle to the side of the road, where the vehicle rolled to a stop. The vehicle was purchased from a Costco Store. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was provided even with warranty coverage on the vehicle. The failure mileage was approximately 30.

While crossing the road, right at the center, my Evolution brand low-speed vehicle, with less than eighty miles on the odometer and full battery charge, completely shut off. No warning lights, no alerts, no gradual slowdown. Screen went pitch black. The whole thing died. Before I could move or react, it restarted by itself. And since my foot was still on the accelerator, it shot forward, slammed straight into two mailboxes. I managed to back up once the display finally came on.
