WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE THE DYNAMIC POWER STEERING SYSTEM MALFUNCTIONS CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO SWERVE HARD LEFT IF, OR WHEN THE OPERATOR LET'S LOOSE OF THE STEERING WHEEL. AS A RESULT OF THE DYNAMIC POWER STEERING SYSTEM CONSTANT LEFT TURN PRESSURE ON THE RACK AND PINION HAS CAUSED PREMATURE FAILURE OF THE RACK AND PINION, CAUSING A SEVERE HANDLING SITUATION, COMBINED WITH THE CONSTANT LEFT TURN PRESSURE RENDER THE VEHICLE NON OPERATIONAL.
