TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1994 BMW K1100LT (N/A). THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN TRAVELING AT ANY SPEED, THE MOTORCYCLE STALLED INTERMITTENTLY. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO RESTART THE MOTORCYCLE SEVERAL TIMES. THE MOTORCYCLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER, WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE SUPPORT PLATES, HOSE, PROTECTION CAP, PETROLEUM GAGE, STRAINER, IGNITION LIGHT SWITCH AND THE FUEL PUMP NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. I TOOK MY MOTORCYCLE IN FOR SERVICE ON AUGUST 25TH FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND BRAKE FLUSH, IT WAS CHECKED IN BY VALERIE MACKEY, AND SHE INSPECTED THE BIKE THOROUGHLY, MADE NOTES ON A A&S MOTORCYCLE MULTI-POINT INSPECTION SHEET. THE BIKE WAS RUNNING PERFECTLY WHEN IT WAS INSPECTED. 3HOURS LATER THEY TOLD ME THE BIKE WAS FINISHED. VALERIE MACKEY WENT OVER THE BILL AND THEN REVIEWED THE A&S MOTORCYCLE MULTI-POINT INSPECTION SHEET AND TOLD ME THE BIKE WAS PERFECT, EXCEPT FOR NEEDING 2 TIRES.
