THE CONTACT RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V593000 (SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC) HOWEVER, THE PART TO DO THE RECALL REPAIR WAS NOT YET AVAILABLE. HARRISON EUROSPORTS (339 W 9000 S, SANDY, UT 84070, [phone removed]) WAS CONTACTED BY PHONE AND IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT PARTS WERE NOT YET AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER HAD EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. PART…

THE VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY, PARKED ON LEVEL AND DRY ASPHALT, WAS STARTED AND LEFT RUNNING IN NEUTRAL FOR ABOUT 30 SECONDS. WHILE PARKED AND UNATTENDED, THE VEHICLE MADE A STRANGE SOUND, POSSIBLY INDICATING THE VEHICLE SHIFTED INTO A FORWARD-MOVING GEAR, OR THE KICK STAND FAILED, AND THE VEHICLE THEN FELL OVER, COLLIDING WITH THE GROUND ON LEFT SIDE OF THE VEHICLE.
