The contact owns a 2022 BMW 230I. The contact stated that while his son was attempting to start the vehicle, the vehicle failed to respond as needed. The contact's son attempted to start the vehicle again, and the check engine warning light was blinking. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, and the vehicle was diagnosed with a misfire and crankshaft failure.
