Battery boxes had a recall to remove supports leaving the battery box very unstable after running the box broke allowing batteries to fall down. this has affected several of my school buses with this box

Wipers / heater stop working when traveling and hit a bump. Turning on high beams cause the wipers to stop working. I believe the issue is wiring related and localized to a harness under the dash.

DRILL HOLE PLUG CORRODED WHILE DRIVER WAS USING WC LIFT TO LOAD CHILDREN AT LOCAL BUSINESS RESULTING IN COMPLETE LOSS OF BRAKES AND STEERING. BUS WAS AT REST STUDENTS WERE THAN EVACUATED AND TRANSPORTED IN DIFFERENT BUS. THIS BUS IS USED EVERYDAY, WITH NO WARNING OF THE CONDITION.
