TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 BIG TEX 25GN TRAILER. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 70 MPH, THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE BRAKE CALIPER FRACTURED AND THE SECOND AXLE FRACTURED AND BLEW THE BRAKE LINE. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON THREE DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. THE TRAILER WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.

DEALER SWAP ON TRAILER 04-27-2015 FROM GEORGETOWN TX DAY OF PICKUP THE BRAKES WASN'T WORKING AFTER SPENDING A DAY AT DEALERSHIP BY DAY END WORKING HOWEVER A LEAK WAS DETECTED IN REAR ON BRAKE LINE COUPLER THEY ATTEMPTED TO TIGHTEN IT UP AND I PROCEEDED TO LEAVE DEALERSHIP. ON OR ABOUT JUNE 9TH 2015 TRAILER HAD NO BRAKES, LEAKING FLUID OUT OF COUPLINGS, DEALERSHIP REFUSED TO FIX. REPLACED COUPLING AT OWN EXPENSE. ON JULY 4 I WAS PUT OUT OF SERVICE IN HOUSTON TX BY DOT BECAUSE BRAKE FAILED AGAIN LEAKING THIS TIME CALIPER HAD BLEW OUT..DEALERSHIP …
