VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: SIX CYLINDER AND TWELVE CYLINDER VARIANTS. THE STEERING COLUMN LIGHTING SWITCH GEAR HAS THE POTENTIAL TO TRAP WIRES, LEADING TO A PARTIAL LOSS OF LIGHTING FUNCTIONALITY.

Consequence: DEPENDING ON WHICH WIRES ARE TRAPPED, THE LOSS OF LIGHTING FUNCTION CAN VARY.

Remedy: DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE SWITCH GEAR ASSEMBLY. OWNER NOTIFICATION BEGAN JULY 12, 2001. OWNERS WHO TAKE THEIR VEHICLES TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER ON AN AGREED UPON SERVICE DATE AND DO NOT RECEIVE THE FREE REMEDY WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME SHOULD CONTACT ASTON MARTIN AT 201-818-8352.

Reported: 2019-11-12 (November 12, 2019) · Model years: 2019

Aston Martin The Americas (Aston Martin) is recalling certain 2018-2019 DB11 Coupe and Volante and 2019 Vantage and DBS Superleggera Coupe vehicles. The locking nut fasteners on the passenger air bag may not be tightened properly.

Consequence: In the event of a crash necessitating passenger air bag deployment, the air bag may not deploy properly, increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy: Aston Martin will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the air bag fasteners, tightening them as necessary, free of charge. The recall began December 11, 2019. Owners may contact Aston Martin customer service at 1-866-278-6661. Aston Martin's number for this recall is RA-01-1327.

Aston Martin The Americas (Aston Martin) is recalling certain 2017 DB11, 2019 DB11 V8 Volante and DBS Superleggera, 2019-2020 Vantage and 2020 Superleggera Volante vehicles. The front seat air bag fasteners may not have been tightened correctly.

Consequence: Loose fasteners can cause the air bag to improperly deploy, increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy: Aston Martin will notify owners, and dealers will examine and, if necessary, secure the front seat air bag fasteners, free of charge. The recall began November 5, 2020. Owners may contact Aston Martin customer service at 1-888-923-9988. Aston Martin's number for this recall is RA-01-1418.

24V712000 · Engine And Engine Cooling:Engine:Oil/Lubrication:Pipes, Hoses, And Fittings

Reported: 2024-09-24 (September 24, 2024) · Model years: 2025

Aston Martin The Americas (Aston Martin) is recalling certain 2024-2025 DBX707, 2024-2025 DB12, and 2025 Vantage vehicles. The engine oil cooler hose may split during vehicle operation, resulting in a loss of oil and oil pressure.

Consequence: A sudden loss of oil and oil pressure could lead to the engine stalling or seizing, increasing the risk of a crash or fire.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the hoses, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 13, 2024. Owners may contact Aston Martin customer service at 1-888-923-9988. Aston Martin's number for this recall is RA-03-1973.

25V001000 · Back Over Prevention:Display Function | Back Over Prevention:Software

Reported: 2025-01-02 (January 2, 2025) · Model years: 2025

Aston Martin The Americas (Aston Martin) is recalling certain 2024-2025 DB12, 2025 Vantage, and 2025 DBX707 vehicles. The rearview camera image may be obstructed by the infotainment home screen menu when the vehicle is placed in reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rear Visibility."

Consequence: An obstructed rearview camera image can reduce the driver's rear visibility, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.

Remedy: The head unit software will be updated by a dealer or through an over-the-air (OTA) update, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 12, 2025. Owners may contact Aston Martin customer service at 1-888-923-9988. Aston Martin's number for this recall is RA-30-2015.
