TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 (NA) AMERICAN HERITAGE COACH. WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED WITHOUT WARNING. THE FAILURE RECURRED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE STEERING GEAR FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE WAS PERSISTENT. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE STAIRS ON THE MOTOR HOME BECAME INOPERABLE AND CAUSED DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS INVALID.
