1. Some of the vehicle's wiring harnesses are located, unprotected, in the wheel wells above the vehicle's tires. Water, road debris and/or a tire blowout pose a significant risk in potentially damaging the wiring harnesses and disabling the vehicle creating a road hazard. 2.
