THE INVOLVED VEHICLES MAY HAVE AN INSUFFICIENT WELDING OF THE SPACER ASSEMBLIES TO WHICH THE FIFTH WHEEL ASSEMBLY IS ATTACHED.
Remedy: SPACER ASSEMBLIES WILL BE REPLACED WITH NEW OR REWORKED SPACERS WITHOUT CHARGE TO OWNER.
